At Night We Dance was a book / short story that I made for my University Course within my final year. It's the culmination of several different techniques and process that I developed over my 3 years attending.
The images above are the final pages, however to get to the final stage there were many steps along the way.
The two images above are the physical side of the project, this delt with mostly the character creation. At first these fairy characters were collaged together try and create some fantastical appearances.
After this stage the best features from the collaged characters were merged to create a singular form. It was these forms where then became the final characters for the book. The Process of printing I used was foam printing. This is a particular style of printing I've taken a fancy to due to the textures it can produce.
